Project overview

Commercial support for a preventative marine pollution intervention.

The provision of a full chain replacement for a length of containment boom, replacement of anchor chains and removal of existing rope connections, and replacement of the pollution skirt. The works were preventative — designed to maintain the boom's ability to contain potential pollution in the event of a marine incident.

We were appointed to provide commercial support across the full lifecycle of the project. Our role focused on giving the client cost confidence on a preventative environmental intervention with clear regulatory and reputational stakes.
