From taking off quantities for a Bill of Quantities to measuring work in place for an interim valuation, our measurement is accurate, methodology is transparent, and outputs are fully auditable. Over 30 years of combined construction commercial expertise, deployed across transport, defence, utilities, commercial and public sector programmes. Our team brings deep, specialist knowledge of NEC4, JCT, FIDIC and bespoke contract forms — combined with direct, hands-on experience of the UK's most technically and commercially complex projects.

Analysis

Detailed, rigorous assessment is central to our work — whether we're analysing a contractor's tender return, assessing an extension of time claim, or reviewing a dispute position.
