Commercial support for a hybrid defence estate facility.
The construction of a traditional build structure with modular units — a Defence-sector facility combining permanent construction with modular elements to meet the operational and timeline requirements of the user.
We were appointed to provide commercial support across delivery. Our role focused on disciplined post-contract management on a Defence project where the hybrid construction approach drove both the procurement and the commercial control framework.

Key responsibilities across the project.
Contract Administration
Attending site and progress meetings as required, agreeing interim payments with the contractor in line with the contract, and issuing the corresponding certificates.
Interim Valuations & Certification
Agreeing the value of interim payments with the contractor and notifying both client and contractor through issue of certificates.
Monthly Cost Reporting
Preparing written monthly assessments of progress, including anticipated final cost of the works.
