Estimating frameworks for Theatre Defence operations.
The provision of various contract documentation for projects in the Middle East — engaging contractors for planned and reactive maintenance works. Alongside this, the production of a costing database to assist in the production of Project Rough Order of Costs, modifications to the Risk Register and 3-point estimating template (with guideline documentation) to assist with identifying the semi-quantitative value of risk within Theatre projects, and the manufacture of a whole life cost and construction feasibility template for the comparison of various building levels within Theatre — supporting project business cases.
We were appointed to provide commercial and contractual support across multiple Defence estate engagements. Our role focused on building the documentation and estimating tools needed to deliver consistent commercial control across Theatre operations.
