Pre-contract cost development on a post-audit lighting upgrade.
The replacement of stand lighting control boxes, survey of local isolation arrangements, and works to high-level floodlights to improve LUX levels — undertaken in response to the findings of an external audit.
We were appointed to provide commercial support during the pre-contract phase. Our role focused on establishing the cost case and managing the budget through design development on a post-audit improvement scheme.
