Project overview

Commercial management on a £1.4 billion transformative rail programme.

We played a key role in the commercial management of a £1.4 billion rail infrastructure project in central London — part of a transformative initiative to deliver a high-frequency suburban passenger service connecting West and East London.

The scope of works included the delivery of new track, overhead line equipment, low and high voltage power systems, communications infrastructure, and tunnel walkways — across multiple contractor packages and a complex, multi-stakeholder programme environment.

This work was instrumental in maintaining project integrity, managing risk, and delivering value across one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes of recent decades.
