Project overview
Commercial control on a paired pedestrian crossing installation.
The provision of new Eastern and Western pedestrian crossings, including associated electrical works to suit the new layout, new drainage, signage and all associated infrastructure. A paired highway safety installation delivered as a single coordinated package.
We were appointed to provide commercial support across delivery. Our role focused on the post-contract phase — providing disciplined contract administration and cost reporting across the two-site installation.

Contract Administration
Attending site and progress meetings as required across both crossing locations, agreeing interim payments with the contractor in line with the contract, and issuing the corresponding certificates.
Interim Valuations & Certification
Agreeing the value of interim payments with the contractor and notifying both client and contractor through issue of the corresponding certificates.
Monthly Cost Reporting
Preparing written monthly assessments of progress, including anticipated final cost of the works.
