Demonstrating compliance with noise regulations.
Installation of advanced Noise Monitoring Terminals at two strategic perimeter locations to demonstrate compliance with noise regulations and Section 106 agreement obligations. Each terminal comprised sophisticated acoustic measurement system, data logging equipment and protective housing — requiring careful site selection, installation and commissioning to ensure accurate noise measurement aligned to CAP 516 standards.
The monitoring systems provide continuous data demonstrating noise compliance and identifying trends. Installation required liaison with planning authorities, environmental regulators and airport neighbours to ensure monitoring systems were fit for purpose.
Quant Measur managed the commercial and cost aspects throughout, ensuring both installations were completed to specification within budget parameters whilst meeting all regulatory and operational requirements.

Prepared final detailed cost plans providing comprehensive budget advice for Client approval prior to contract award.
Site Attendance & Contract Administration
Attended site and progress meetings, agreed interim payment values, issued certificates and prepared monthly assessments.
Compliance & Commissioning Support
Supported commissioning process and compliance sign-off with regulatory authorities for CAP 516 standards.
