Project overview
Terminal gate modernisation enhancing passenger and operational functionality.
Removal of the existing airside modular gate lounge and provision of a new modular gate lounge at London City Airport. The project included full fit-out of the new gate lounge, upgrade and reconfiguration of Mechanical and Electrical plant to suit the new layout, and all associated builders work.
Quant Measur provided initial budget estimates and cost plan management through design development, and site administration throughout delivery, agreeing interim payment valuations and producing monthly cost assessments.
