Commercial support for a complete goods lift replacement.
The complete strip-out and disposal of the existing duty free goods lift and its replacement with a new traction motor room-less lift — together with associated works to the existing 3-phase electrical supplies, relevant support steelwork, and refurbishment of lift lobbies.
We were appointed to provide commercial support across delivery. Our role focused on disciplined post-contract administration on a multi-element lift replacement, with electrical, structural, and finishing trades all coordinated within a confined operational footprint.

Our role
Key responsibilities across the project.
Contract Administration
Attending site and progress meetings as required, agreeing interim payments with the contractor in line with the contract, and issuing the corresponding certificates.
Interim Valuations & Certification
Agreeing the value of interim payments with the contractor and notifying both client and contractor through issue of certificates.
Monthly Cost Reporting
Preparing written monthly assessments of progress, including anticipated final cost of the works.
