Corrosion Protection — Steel Composite Deck Beams
Estimating, Cost Planning, Contract Administration
Project overview
Commercial support on a planned structural protection scheme.
The provision of corrosion protection to steel beams supporting a composite deck structure. The works formed part of the client's planned structural protection strategy — a preventative intervention designed to defer larger and more costly renewal works downstream.
We were appointed to provide commercial support from initial budget through to final account. Our role focused on giving the client the cost evidence base for a preventative intervention and disciplined post-contract management of a structurally significant scope.
