Commercial support for the reconfiguration of an operational office.
The complete reconfiguration and refurbishment of the Airside Operations main office and kitchen — a working environment for operations staff with a 24/7 functional requirement.
We were appointed to provide commercial support across delivery. Our role focused on disciplined post-contract administration on a refurbishment that needed to be sequenced carefully around ongoing operational use.

Contract Administration
Attending site and progress meetings as required, agreeing interim payments with the contractor in line with the contract, and issuing the corresponding certificates.
Interim Valuations & Certification
Agreeing the value of interim payments with the contractor and notifying both client and contractor through issue of certificates.
Monthly Cost Reporting
Preparing written monthly assessments of progress, including anticipated final cost of the works.
