Commercial oversight of an ongoing airside maintenance programme.
An ongoing programme of works to maintain the safe operation of the airfield — eliminating Foreign Object Damage (FOD) risk to aircraft, maintaining the condition of the pavements throughout their life, and ensuring that lighting continues to function correctly. The programme is delivered through management of various specialist contractors and consultants, with planning, costing, and technical review managed for both cost effectiveness and timeliness.
We provide ongoing commercial management across the airside maintenance programme. Our role focuses on giving the client a single, coherent commercial framework across multiple concurrent maintenance workstreams — protecting cost certainty and ensuring consistent reporting across a live operational environment.

Our role
Key responsibilities across the project.
Programme Cost Management
Providing commercial oversight across the various concurrent maintenance workstreams — pavement, lighting, and FOD-control — giving the client a single, integrated view of programme cost.
Contract Administration
Attending site and progress meetings as required, agreeing interim payments with contractors in line with their contracts, and issuing the corresponding certificates.
Multi-Contractor Coordination
Coordinating commercial reporting across multiple specialist contractors and consultants, ensuring the client receives consistent and consolidated cost information rather than fragmented package-by-package reporting.
Monthly Cost Reporting
Preparing written monthly assessments of progress, including anticipated final cost of the works across the maintenance programme.
