Project overview

Full lifecycle delivery across a live operational airport.

As part of the airside projects division at London City Airport — a compact international airport primarily serving business travellers with rapid access to central London — we led the full lifecycle delivery of a diverse portfolio of construction projects, ranging in value from £10K to £20.5M.

Our responsibilities spanned both strategic leadership and hands-on project execution, including detailed planning, budgeting, resource management and coordination. We ensured every project aligned with the airport's stringent standards for safety, compliance and performance — all delivered under live operational conditions.

This long-standing relationship has made Quant Measur a key part of the airport's operations team — trusted to coordinate and deliver multiple projects across multiple departments simultaneously.
