Provision of Expression of Interest documentation for Master Plan Professional Services, supporting the client's strategic master planning activity.
We were appointed to provide commercial support across the master plan cost development. Our role spanned detailed cost planning, management of the cost picture through design development, and the production of a final detailed cost plan with advice on the project budget.
