Project overview
Cost management support for a major TfL tram application.
Assisting in the provision of cost management and estimating services for CAPEX costs in support of the application for the Transport for London West London Tram scheme — a major UK transport infrastructure project.
We were appointed to provide commercial support across the CAPEX application phase. Our role focused on cost plan reviews and updates through design development, and the production of a final detailed cost plan with budget advice.
