Cost development across a multi-site rail servicing programme.
The provision of train servicing facilities at several locations across the South West of the United Kingdom — a coordinated rail-sector programme delivering infrastructure to support the operational maintenance of trains.
We were appointed to provide commercial support across the cost planning of the programme. Our role focused on producing a detailed cost plan, managing it through design development, and delivering a final detailed cost plan with budget advice across the multi-site scope.
