We were appointed to provide commercial and contract support during the pre-contract phase. Our role spanned estimating, cost management, contract strategy, and full tender support — providing the client with the commercial and contractual framework to deliver the compliance scheme.

Initial Budget Estimate
Producing an initial budget estimate for the taxiway fillet extension works, providing the client with the cost case for a standards-driven compliance scheme.
Cost Management Through Design
Managing the budget through design development as the scheme was refined against ICAO, EASA, and CAA requirements.
Pre-Qualification & Contract Strategy
Assisting with pre-qualification of proposed tenderers through issue, receipt and analysis of detailed questionnaires, and advising on the form of contract and the proposed amendments.
Tender Administration
Preparing the Preliminaries document, assisting in collating and issuing tender documentation based on the designer's drawings and specifications, administering the tender process, and acting on behalf of the client in liaison with contractors.
Tender Evaluation Support
Supporting the production of a tender evaluation, providing the client with a defensible commercial basis for award.
