Project overview
Full post-contract commercial delivery of a modular extension.
The fit-out of a new modular extension and associated external ground works — comprising excavations, reinforced concrete foundations, drainage, mechanical and electrical services installation, internal partitions, internal finishes, and joinery — together with the refurbishment of existing ground and first floor areas.
We were appointed to provide commercial support across delivery. Our role focused on full post-contract management — from interim valuation and certification through to final account agreement — on a multi-trade modular fit-out with associated external works.

Key responsibilities across the project.
Contract Administration
Attending site and progress meetings as required, agreeing interim payments with the contractor in line with the building contract, and notifying both client and contractor through issue of the corresponding certificates.
Variations Management
Agreeing the value of any variations and changes with the contractor, ensuring the commercial impact of scope and design movement was captured cleanly and contractually correctly.
Final Account Agreement
Agreeing the final account with the contractor and issuing the corresponding documentation to the client — providing a clean, contractually defensible close-out.
