Project overview
Heritage building remediation including relocation, environmental mitigation and infrastructure upgrade.
Partial demolition of the Victorian Ledger Building at London City Airport, the relocation of staff to new accommodation in the western car park, the construction of a new sound screen, and the erection of a new permanent airside fence.
Quant Measur provided initial budget estimates and full cost plan management through design development, and site administration throughout construction, agreeing interim payment valuations and producing monthly cost assessments for the client.
