Project overview
Office accommodation development supporting expanded administrative operations.
Strip-out of existing ground floor kitchen preparation and storage areas from King George V House and provision of new office accommodation, inclusive of raised floor, kitchenette and toilet facilities, and the upgrade and reconfiguration of Mechanical and Electrical plant to suit the new layout.
Quant Measur provided site administration throughout, attending site meetings, agreeing interim payment valuations with the Contractor and producing written monthly cost assessments for the client.
