The provision of Vehicle Check Point Dot Matrix Sign and associated Infrastructure to provide information at a vehicle check point.
Quant Measur provided an initial budget estimate and management of the same during the design development and a final detailed cost plan and advise on the project budget.
Quant Measur assisted with the issue of form of contract to be utilised, and the proposed amendments to contract conditions, preparation of the Preliminaries document, the administration of the tender process and act on behalf of the Client in liaising with Contractors as necessary, and provided recommendations on the contract price.
Quant Measur attended site / progress meetings as required, agreed with the Contractor the value of interim payments in accordance with the contract and notified the Client and Contractor accordingly by issue of the corresponding certificates, assisted in the preparation of written monthly assessments of the progress of the works for consideration by the Client, including the anticipated final cost of the works.

Initial Cost Estimation
Quant Measur provided an initial budget estimate at the start of the project, establishing clear cost parameters for the Client's approval and investment planning.
Design Stage Cost Management
As the design evolved, we provided ongoing cost management and advice during the design development phase, ensuring the project remained within budget and identifying cost-effective alternatives where necessary.
Tender Documentation & Contract Procurement
We assisted with the form of contract to be utilised, proposed amendments to contract conditions, preparation of the Preliminaries document, and administration of the tender process. We liaised with contractors on behalf of the Client and provided recommendations on the contract price.
Site & Contract Administration
Quant Measur attended site and progress meetings as required, agreed the value of interim payments with the Contractor in accordance with the contract, and issued payment certificates. We prepared written monthly assessments of the progress of the works for the Client, including anticipated final costs.
