Working with a leading UK-based principal contractor specialising in refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance services for commercial and retail clients across London and the South East, we provided comprehensive commercial support across a wide range of projects in the hospitality, retail and education sectors.
Our role ensured financial clarity, contractual compliance and cost-effective delivery across every stage of the project — from initial cost advice through to re-measurement and final account preparation. The contractor's clientele includes prominent brands such as Selfridges, Harrods, Marriott Hotels, Pizza Hut and Sixt.

Assessing and pricing variations and compensation events — maintaining a rigorous audit trail and ensuring all changes were properly evaluated and agreed with the client.
Cost Advice & Reporting
Providing ongoing cost advice, financial reports and cash flow forecasts throughout the project lifecycle — keeping the contractor commercially informed at every stage.
Change Management
Supporting change management processes to maintain commercial control — ensuring all scope changes were captured, priced and agreed before work proceeded.
Contract Administration
Administering and advising on JCT, NEC and bespoke contract forms — providing clear guidance on obligations, entitlements and risk throughout the project.
Final Account
Undertaking re-measurements and preparing final accounts in accordance with audit requirements — achieving clean, agreed settlements across all projects in the portfolio.
