Dispute resolution across major telecoms network operators.
Partnering with a UK-based infrastructure services provider specialising in the design, delivery and maintenance of telecommunications and civil engineering projects nationwide, we supported major network operators including Openreach, Virgin Media, Vodafone and Gigaclear.
Our role involved providing expert commercial and contractual support with a strong focus on dispute resolution — leading claims preparation and defence across NEC, JCT and bespoke contract forms, and delivering clear strategic advice to support resolution and negotiation across high-stakes infrastructure disputes.

Analysing tender and contract documentation to identify entitlement and risk — establishing the contractual basis for claims and defences across NEC, JCT and bespoke forms.
Adjudication Documents
Drafting key dispute resolution documents including referrals, responses and replies — ensuring submissions were technically robust, clearly structured and commercially compelling.
Claims Data Assessment
