Commercial management supporting the UK's Net Zero infrastructure.
Working with a leading Distribution Network Operator (DNO) responsible for maintaining and operating the electricity infrastructure across London, the Southeast and the East of England, we supported the delivery of critical infrastructure projects aligned with the UK's Net Zero targets and smart grid innovation.
We provided commercial and contract management services across a portfolio of projects ranging from £1M to £10M in value — ensuring contractual integrity, improving project outcomes and helping maintain the reliability and resilience of the regional electricity network.
