Quant Measur has over 25 years’ experience in commercial construction project delivery, from feasibility through to construction and handover. Quant Measur is a Chartered Commercial practice established in 2013. We operate an integrated business model, with the capability to provide a full range of commercial deliverables to both the public and private sector.
